Wolfgang Modera

Wolfgang Modera graduated in Business Adminstration from Linz University. He started out as Chief Operating Officer for Careers in Technology at the BFI Upper Austria. From 1992 he became CEO of educatio GesmbH, which provides seminars and courses in IT and Quality Management and coaching for executive managers. Between 1997 and 2002 Modera was Managing Director of the AEC Ars Electronica Center Linz and subsequently became head of the Personnel and Organisation Office of Linz City Council. Since 2004 Modera has been the head of the Department of Housing Subsidies of the Province of Upper Austria. In addition to this he is active on a freelance basis for the European Commission, as a university lecturer and as a member of a number of boards of directors and advisory boards.
