Sylvia Zierer
Having trained as a preschool teacher at the BAKiP Steyr and after a first teaching stint, Sylvia Zierer (born 1962) became active in a regional environmental protection group. After the birth of her two daughters she moved on to the field of office organisation and IT in the contexts of advertising and technology. In 2006 she became an assistant project manager at the IFAU; after additional training as a project manager, she became head of project at the KinderUniSteyr and of the Salon der schlauen Füchse in 2008.
