Stefan Matousch

Having trained as an actor at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, Stefan Matousch got his first engagements in Ulm, Bremen and Berlin. He then spent a sabbatical travelling in the Middle East. On his return he founded Magisches Theater in Berlin. After several successful years as a theatrical entrepreneur Matousch was invited to appear as a guest at several renowned theatres in Germany and Switzerland. Since 1998/99 he has been a member of the ensemble of the Landestheater Linz. He has also appeared regularly as a guest at the Theater in der Josefstadt since 1997.
