Perception?
Programmbild Wahrnehmung?

What is Quantum Physics? And why should I take an interest in it?

Questions upon questions concerning quantum physics. E.g.: Why does black light make cheese yellow but my T-shirt white? How does the railway station clock know the time? Why can’t I be in two places at the same time, even though my body’s elemetary particles display quantum delocalization? What meaning does the concept of “being” have in quantum physics? Why does the quantum mechanical tunnel effect not render underground engineering obsolete? Why is it good news that a quantum compass can not point to all directions? Why is quantum physics more random than the world’s best dice? What are established quantum technologies in everyday life, what do the most promising ones look like? What is the link between most methods of generating energy and quantum phenomena? How does quantum information differ from the daily news? What are the big questions of today’s quantum physics?
