Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer is an early adopter, participatory observer and informed critic of information and communications technologies and social-media services. He is an experienced university lecturer, academic researcher and participatory observer, actively reflecting upon and covering the intersection between mobile technology usage and its impact on our societies. Mark lectures at the Univeristy of Applied Sciences in Steyr and Hagenberg while conducting his doctoral research at the ICT&S Center of the University of Salzburg. He is applying theory into practice at Netural Communication GmbH.
