Gerhard Betsch
Gerhard Betsch is a mathematician. Between 1960 and 1998 he held different posts at the Mathematisches Institut of Tübingen University. As a visiting professor, lecturer and researcher he has toured the US and Europe, including the Johannes Kepler Universität Linz. His special focus is on modern algebra and the history of the mathematical sciences in Southern Germany. He is an acknowledged expert on Kepler and his contemporaries.
